CSV Formatter and QBO/OFX to CSV are browser features. CSV/XLSX to QBO is a free beta and has not been verified in a real QuickBooks Desktop environment.
Compatibility
Support is published after testing.
We do not list every bank or every QuickBooks version. A compatibility entry needs a repeatable fixture and a real import result.
What a test records
Product version, operating system, account type, bank feed mode, transaction count, dates, amounts, descriptions, and any non-sensitive error message.
What support does not mean
A tested profile is not an endorsement by Intuit, a bank, or a guarantee for an untested company file.
How to report a mismatch
Keep the original file private. Report the format, rule ID, row count, and a synthetic reproduction instead of sending account data.
