The relevant routes accept CSV, TXT, XLS, XLSX, QBO, or OFX input. Each tool page lists its exact input, output, size, row, and workflow limits.
No. CSV or Excel to QBO is a free experimental beta and has not been verified in a real QuickBooks Desktop import matrix. Use a blank test company and keep a backup.
Yes. The current public tools are free and require no account. There is no checkout, paid subscription, or payment processing on the site.
No. BankFileKit is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, operated by, or endorsed by Intuit or QuickBooks.
Not necessarily. Those downloads are review files containing supported fields and available metadata; they are not universal QuickBooks upload CSV files.
Possible duplicates are shown as warnings. BankFileKit does not automatically delete them, because two transactions with the same date, amount, and description can still be legitimate separate transactions.
Send the tool name, browser, input format, approximate row-count bucket, visible rule ID, and a fictional reproduction. Never email a real bank file, transaction screenshot, account number, balance, or login credential.
The current product does not provide PDF or image OCR, QIF, QFX, IIF, QBW or QBX conversion, bank login connections, automatic categorization, reconciliation, or accounting and tax advice.
