How to use it

  1. Choose an XLS, XLSX, or CSV bank export.
  2. Confirm the first-sheet column mapping and account type.
  3. Download the candidate QBO file and test it in a blank company.

Supported files and limits

XLSX, XLS, and CSV input; experimental QBO output for QuickBooks Desktop testing. One file at a time, up to 20 MB and 50,000 transaction rows. The current release is for US English and USD workflows.

Common problems to check

  • The transaction table is not on the first worksheet
  • Merged cells or decorative headers interrupt the table
  • QuickBooks rejects an unverified beta file

Beta boundary

QBO output is experimental and has not been tested in a real QuickBooks Desktop environment. Use a blank test company and keep a backup.
